Store Policy

Returns & Refunds

All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for damaged/inferior quality products provided they are reported to Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving of goods.

 

All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging.

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following: 

  • Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.

  • Product is found to be damaged.

Shipping & Taxes

Upon confirmation of payment, We will manufacture the requested and paid Product within the Processing Period.

Depending on the mode of delivery selected by the Buyer, the Product(s) shall be dispatched accordingly. 

 

For purchases above S$120, We will provide free delivery to the registered address provided at the billing page of the website.

 

We will try to deliver within the quoted timeframe but such timeframe is an estimate only based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Accordingly, We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

 

The Buyer agrees that subject to availability of Products, We reserve the rights to deliver the Product(s) in instalments.

Wholesale Inquiries

Bulk orders for corporate events, parties, school children day present, etc requiring company logos printed, please contact us at hello@m-scheduler.com. We will do our best to suit your requirements and budget. 

Payment/Pricing

Payment has to be made through Credit / Debit Cards processed securely through PayPal. Any payment processed through PayPal is subject further to PayPal’s prevailing terms and conditions currently accessible at https://www.paypal.com/sg/webapps/mpp/home. Customers do not need to create a PayPal account to pay via Paypal – you can pay you directly with their credit card without signing up.

MY SCHEDULER reserves the right to make adjustments to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, and errors in advertising but changes will not affect any Order that we have accepted.

 

Product prices may differ in the prices at a different platform.

Order Fulfillment

MY SCHEDULER is committed to fulfill all customer’s order in the shortest possible time but we do not promise any customer of delivery/collection within any time frame. We generally estimate that most orders will be delivered or can be collected within 10 days as a guide only. Customer cannot hold MY SCHEDULER responsible for any delays or non-fulfillment of an order due to out-of-stock or any other unforeseen circumstances.
